Prohibited Content

The following types of content and behavior are strictly prohibited on Clavic:

Harassment and Bullying

Any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse of other users is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to:

• Repeated unwanted contact or messages
• Threatening or intimidating behavior
• Creating fake accounts to harass others
• Encouraging others to harass a user

Hate Speech

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.

Threats

Threats of violence, harm, or illegal activity directed at individuals or groups are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

Sexual Content

Explicit sexual content, pornography, or sexually explicit material is not allowed on Clavic. Content must be appropriate for a general audience.

Sexualization of Minors

Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Uploading images of anyone under 18 years of age
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Any form of child exploitation material

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

No Uploading Anyone Under 18

You may not upload images of anyone under the age of 18, even if it is yourself. All users and all content must be 18+ only.

Revenge Porn and Malicious Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing intimate images without consent (revenge porn)
• Uploading images of others without their permission
• Using the platform to harm, embarrass, or exploit others
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

Content Removal and Account Bans

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content for any reason, without notice
• Suspend or permanently ban user accounts that violate this policy
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement
• Take legal action when necessary

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter abusive content or behavior on Clavic, please report it immediately by contacting us at contact@clavic.app.

When reporting, please include:

• Link to the abusive content or user profile
• Description of the abuse
• Screenshots if applicable
• Your contact information

Enforcement

We take all reports of abuse seriously and will investigate promptly. Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account warnings
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Legal action and reporting to authorities (for serious violations)
