Copyright Ownership
Users of Clavic must own the rights to all images they upload, or have obtained explicit written permission from the copyright owner. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and display the images.
Copyright Complaints
Clavic respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright complaints in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Takedown Request
If you believe that content on Clavic infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. Your request must include the following information:
- Link to the infringing content: Provide the direct URL(s) to the specific post(s) or image(s) that infringe your copyright
- Proof of ownership: Evidence that you own the copyright (e.g., copyright registration, original file metadata, or other documentation)
- Your contact information: Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
How to Submit a Takedown Request

Response to Takedown Requests
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request, we will:
- Review the request for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your contact information
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
